can you stay happy for 100 days?

I am participating in 100 Happy Days challenge, yesterday was my day 1. Picture uploaded here http://instagram.com/p/krNo5yOvGf/

No one tag or invite me. I just saw it on a friend’s FB and I thought it would be a challenge to capture and submit a picture every day of what made you happy. Because honestly, not every day I am in happy mood. Not everyday I will remember to take picture of things that made me happy.

Though I supposed to upload picture either on FB, INSTAGRAM, or TWITTER with a hash-tag #100happydays I am thinking instead of Instagram I am going to publish my 100 happy days pictures here on my blog. I am still in two minds. So let’s see. But it is really a challenge for me to think of something that made me happy, every day, for 100 days. Sometimes in life I will forget small little things that actually can brighten my day or make me think how blessed and lucky I am.

If you are interested in joining here’s the link http://www.100happydays.com It will be fun, let me know so I can check your happy days too. Meanwhile, wish me good luck that I won’t fail this personal challenge!

As the Dalai Lama said: happiness is not something ready made it comes from your own actions. So, let’s turn our actions into happy moments!
